Returns

We offer a 30-day guarantee for Hook'em Buckleless Belt Straps only if the product inside the packaging is damaged during shipping or lost in transit. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with all accessories, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at hookembelts@gmail.com. Returns must be shipped to the address provided via email. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your Buckleless Belt Straps arrive defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Replacements

If your Buckleless Belt Straps are delivered damaged or defective, you must provide a clear, high-quality photo or video of the issue before a replacement can be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages

For packages lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, you may choose one of the following:

• A full refund for your order, or
• One free replacement shipment per order.
